Exceptional service received from CosyWarm Plumbing.
I contacted them with an emergency, following a frozen burst pipe and a flooded house. Our entire ground floor was covered with 2 inches of water, destroying flooring and furniture.
CosyWarm attended promptly the following morning, assessed the damage, made repairs and provided a full service report all within 24hours. They have made sure our water system is secure prior to the arrival of our first child in 7 days and all in time for Christmas. We are extremely grateful for their professionalism and promptness and will certainly be recommending to family and friends. We've found ourselves a reliable plumber!

We had the pleasure of having Russ & Mark of Cosy Warm remodel our family bathroom and fit 4 downstairs radiators.
There was a lot to do and communication was key as I wasn’t always present to answer queries, which could have been quite daunting but Russell & Mark were absolute stars in communicating any issues and offering valid alternatives. The lads are extremely genuine, knowledgeable, and patient and clearly take pride in their skill & service - which was evident as we now have a stunning family bathroom finished to the highest quality.
Cosy Warm will always be our 1st choice! I would highly recommend Russ and his team. Once again, thank you Russ and Mark.

Our heating had been dreadful for around 9 months, Russell and his team were simply outstanding, They diagnosed the issue quickly and were able to install a new boiler very quickly. Not only did Russell install a new boiler he sorted out the pipework and got us with full heat within a day.
Russell refused to leave until it was all done and working perfectly. I would recommend CosyWarm to anyone that needs a plumber and we will definitely being use them again.

Russell popped round to assess the issue and arranged a time the next day to pop in to resolve the issue (outside his work hours!). Russell and Mark were only with me one day, where they replaced two radiators. They did an excellent job, including the tidy up after they’d finished. The vertical radiator in the master bedroom looks terrific, very pleased with it.
They worked hard throughout the day and I’d highly recommend them.
