Russell came and sorted out two leaking toilets (and more leaks he found whilst here) , he was diligent, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Rather than come back and leave a job unfinished he went and got the part even though it was nearing the end of the day. We have previously had terrible experiences with plumbers but Russell has restored my faith. Will use Cosywarm for all my plumbing and heating needs in the future and recommend to all my friends without a doubt. Great service from Cosywarm.
Contacted them with an emergency as my elderly parents central heating wasn’t working. Russ got it sorted so we could operate it for them remotely and replaced their shower that had packed up. Very pleased.

After our boiler decided to give up on Christmas Day, Russell came out to try to mend our 25+ year old boiler. Despite his best efforts, the boiler decided not to come back to life and we had to opt for a new boiler. Russell was brilliant in answering all of our questions regarding the fit and gave us costed options. As soon as we had made our decision, Russell and his team arrived when expected and did a remarkable job in getting us up and running that same day.
They worked quickly and efficiently and kept us informed about their progress. They were brilliant at following our unusual piping!
We would not hesitate to recommend Cosywarm to anyone with a planned plumbing job or emergency. It is very heartening to meet a group of young professionals who care about doing their best for their customers.

Our boiler broke down just before Christmas. I spoke to Russ at Cosywarm who moved things around to come out within days. They beat 5 other quotes in price and boiler spec and were able to give lots of fair advice on boiler options. Removal, installation, pipework and system flushing only took a day and they left the house cleaner than before. The team of 3 were polite, professional and affable. They clearly know what they're doing and didn't stop working flat out all day. The best service I've had with tradespeople. I've already asked them to quote for a new bathroom later this year. A great find; can't recommend them highly enough.

This company is by far the best I’ve used. Even on Christmas Day when our boiler failed and we had no heating or water with children he came out and sorted it out with complete professionalism and great knowledge. He knew everything about the parts I.
The boiler system and their functions and was able to make what should have been a very expensive Job more than affordable. Can’t rate this company high enough. 10/10 thank you guys!
