All approved retailers contain at least one HETAS trained showroom staff member, meaning quality advice can be given to the end-user that meets a good standard of service.

We offer our installation service to customers within 15 miles of the LE67 4 postcode. Outside this distance we may charge a out of area fee.

The installation of fireplaces and stoves is often a dirty dusty job involving the removal of large quantities of brickwork. We always dust sheets for walkways and furniture it is the customers responsibility to remove and or cover valuable, fragile items.

Carpets if possible should be rolled back to give a reasonable working space- if this can not be done we will put down dust sheets.

During the survey we will check the chimney and brickwork for faults and price accordingly when quoting, we will do out best to as accurate as possible - However we won't know until removing outer brickwork if there are any hidden faults, any faults not found during the survey but found during or after installation will be repaired / rectified but may incur additional cost.
