Cosywarm have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Russell came around our house and was understanding and friendly throughout. He even drained our heating system as he knew we were going to be taking the radiators off whilst looking at the work we required and didn’t want to charge us for it.
The prices were competitive and promptly arranged for his team to come and move our boiler from upstairs to downstairs. His team worked hard and did a cracking job, the work looks neat, cleaned up after themselves and were very professional throughout.
At every step Russell has made us feel like nothing was too much to ask and has communicated well.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

I've just had a complete knock through and walk in shower refit.Where do i start, Russell was a total professional and his team Gavin and Cole left nothing to chance at the end of every day they cleaned up and hoovered through to be honest I didn't really know they were there. Tom came to sort out an issue from a botched plumbing job. He was absolutely fantastic! I can ’t recommend them enough. GOT TO EXPERIANCE 3 GUYS FROM COSEYWARM WHEN PUTTING IN A NEW KITCHEN. REMOVE, CAP HOB AND RE ROUTE GAS PIPE WORK. THEN ANOTHER TEAM TO CONECT NEW HOB AND CONTINUE THE PIPEWORK. ON EACH OCCASSION THEY ALL DID A FAB JOB. PIPEWORK NEAT AND MINIMAL SPACE USED SO NOT TO DISRUPT UNITS. TEAMS WERE POLITE AND CLEANED UP AFTER JOB WAS DONE. Needed some work on the whole house. Russel was super easy to get a hold of, new his stuff and came to the house the price up the job within a few days. He worked around me and the family and really made the job easy. Price was more than fair and after having a quote he and his colleague matt started the job 3 days later. I had an issue with my boiler and a faulty valve that was causing a radiator to be red hot. Russell was incredibly professional from start to finish. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard — my heating is working perfectly now! Friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend for any plumbing or heating issues. If I have any problems in the future I will definitely use his service again.

I would 100% recommend Russell from Cosywarm. I called Russell on Monday with a water cylinder issue, he came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Russell was back within a couple of days with the part required to fix the problem. Lovely chap, great work ethics and very knowledgeable. Excellent response from CosyWarm. The team were courteous, professional, hard working and communicative throughout the whole process. Not only would we use CosyWarm again, we would recommend them, be it emergency, regular maintenance or a planned project.

Russell answered our call regarding a problem with our hot water tank. The immediate issue was a leak which Russell resolved the same day. A few days later he was able to replace our tired old hot water tank. Brilliant!

I've never left a review before,so here goes !! 5 stars isn't enough.from the moment we met Russ we were impressed with his boundless enthusiasm. The first time I've ever looked forward to the plumber coming.!!He's friendly and respectful.He listened to our ideas and added lots of his own design ideas.Even to every last detail .He also explained every day what the plans were .He's extremely hard working especially all the heavy barrow loads of earth and cement down a really long drive.Russ is very thorough in his work .we are so pleased with our bathroom and hallway. I have never known anyone in the trade with so much passion. Billy who works for him is a lovely chap , always very pleasant. It's been a pleasure to have them in our home. Thankyou
