Called Cosywarm to fix my 20yr old boiler however replacing it was a more prudent option.
Upgraded to a combi system which required removing the old water tanks etc.
Russell and Tom arrived on friday 13th it was pouring down all day.
They cracked on to get my place nice and warm by tea time.
Polite professional and clean and tidy despite the weather.
Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic service from Russell. Our heated towel rail started leaking on a Sunday night, with water dripping through the ceiling — a real nightmare. Russell was incredibly responsive and offered to come out late that night or first thing in the morning. As promised, he arrived early the next day and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Reliable, honest, and trustworthy. We will definitely be saving his number and recommending him to our friends and family. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough, especially in an emergency.
