Amazing experience with Russell from Cosywarm! Managed to book in super easily.
Russell was professional and super helpful with not only fixing our leaking pipe really quickly also helped with advice for a new sink and tap!
Also didn’t make me feel like my questions were stupid and explained things really well!

After my carbon monoxide detector went off and cadent turn my gas off after also detecting a gas leak on my boiler. I rang cosywarm to see if they could help. Come round and fixed the leak and check the boiler for monoxide. Run boiler in service mode to check everything was ok. Excellent just and very thorough, putting our minds at ease not to mention getting our heating back on. Thanks again

Excellent service! 100% reliable. Russell sorted out the problem we had with a blocked toilet. I called and he came at short notice to fix the issue. I wasn’t home at that time and he arranged for someone else to come and help who did a brilliant job. Russell has helped us in the past too with the loft and an emergency situation. We called out cosywarm plumbing as we were having issues with our old boiler. (28 years old). They were absolutely fantastic, and replaced with a new boiler. Russell and Will were professional and worked incredibly hard. The job wasn’t easy for them with all the problems our rubbish plumbing gave them they fixed all the problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend cosywarm plumbing to anyone. My husband and I can’t thank them enough as we now have heating and hot water.

Russell went out of his way to help me and slotted my urgent work into his schedule within days. Russell and his team converted a 40 year old heating and hot water system for me. All done with absolutely no stress, hassle or upheaval. Drained down the old system, removed old tank, installed new gas unions, flow pipes and flue. Altered kitchen wiring to feed upstairs and installed new boiler in airing cupboard with a ten year warranty!! Russell arrived early to set up and I returned later in the day to find work completed with zero mess. Russell's team had obviously worked very hard and efficiently to achieve such a complex task in one day. Very professional, friendly and stress free. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone and have no negative feedback whatsoever about Cozywarm.

We had a few things that needed fixing. A leaky kitchen tap, a replacement pop up plug in our en-suite, a radiator full of air in our downstairs wc and an outside pipe that needed mortar around it to prevent mice entering the house! After calling Russell at Cosywarm Plumbing & Heating, he let us know when he was going to arrive. He arrived when he said he would, he managed to fix everything in one visit and even came straight back after he had left, to check our dripping stop cock valve. Friendly and efficient service, we will call Russell again when we need anything plumbing related.

I can’t speak highly enough of Russell! I called in a frantic panic when our stopcock had seized up and our washing machine valve had broken with water flooding our house. He was reassuring and diverted his men straight away to come to help us. I called back as, somehow, we managed to stop the water and thanked him but we didn’t need him any longer. He was not disgruntled or put out by this but glad that we were okay and said to give him a call should we need anything. Later that night, we had no hot water to bath our toddler and Russell responded to my message and called us to help us - he came around the next day to sort this for us too. The genuine care and support for people in crisis (and their circumstances) is what holds Russell and his business above others in the industry. We will be using Russell for work in the future. After two days having moved in to a property we discovered a leak under the sink and by pure chance, having googled ' plumbers ' I chose to phone Cosywarm Plumbing & Heating. We couldn't have chosen any better ! Russell came the same day and solved the issue. At the same time I asked him how the heating control panel worked and whilst demonstrating, the boiler went ' bang !' Upon further investigation by Russell it was obvious that we needed a new boiler. Bearing in mind we had never used this company before and that he was very busy he fitted us in without question.
Russell is an extremely nice , friendly approachable guy. He provides an exceptional service from start to finish, nothing phases him and nothing is too much trouble. He is professional, efficient and completes his work to a very high standard, we consider ourselves very lucky to have found him. We will definitely be calling on him again should we have any problems with plumbing, heating , electrics and when we need a new bathroom !
We would not hesitate to use Russell again and would recommend him to anyone and everyone !!
