Sunday morning and our hot water and central heating had stopped working, so I rang the company and straight away they picked up and said they would see what can be done to help us! Recently had Russ at Cosy Warm install a new boiler due to having problems with an old one. He came out when he said to investigate the problem and was very knowledgeable. He provided us with a clear explanation of the problems and a few options to solve it. A little under a week later, he installed a new boiler very efficiently completing the work in around half a day. After not knowing who to contact originally and finding him on check a trade, I can say that I would definitely use Russ in future for our plumbing needs and would recommend him to others in future. AMAZING SERVICE. As a single mam I spent a good 30 minutes looking at local plumbers with good reviews and emergency call out. Russ at Cosywarm was my first tentative foray into finding a plumber that could help with a leaking cistern and hopefully wouldn't cost me the earth. WOW, despite Russ already having a couple of other scheduled visits he didn't turn around and say he was fully booked and unable to help, he said "I'll be there in 40 minutes" and so fitted me in. Despite Russ ending up having to remove the toilet, his quote was more than fair and within my means. Extremely nice, honest, reliable and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I got in touch with Russell at Cosywarm via WhatsApp about noisy pipes in our home. He got back to me very promptly and kept in touch while arranging to come and sort our issue. It took just over two weeks to get the plumbing sorted, although most of this was trying to get someone out to see us in the first place! Once we had finally had an initial visit, it only took a few days to get things fixed.
We had visits from a couple of different people from Cosywarm, but they all kept in contact with each other about the issue and were competent and professional. We ended up needing two valves and a new kitchen tap, which they matched closely to our old tap at our request. It probably took under an hour of actual on-site work in the end. The total cost was £150 labour plus about £100 for the parts, so not a cheap fix! However, our pipes no longer scream at us when we use water so the problem appears to be solved! Probably not the cheapest or fastest plumbers, but they were professional, responsive and thorough, so I'd be happy to use them again.
