"I can’t speak highly enough of Russell! I called in a frantic panic when our stopcock had seized up and our washing machine valve had broken with water flooding our house.

He was reassuring and diverted his men straight away to come to help us. I called back as, somehow, we managed to stop the water and thanked him but we didn’t need him any longer.

He was not disgruntled or put out by this but glad that we were okay and said to give him a call should we need anything.

Later that night, we had no hot water to bath our toddler and Russell responded to my message and called us to help us - he came around the next day to sort this for us too.
